Materials and methods: 84 female patients were inspected at the age from 18 to 45 years old, 31,5 years old in average, with bacterial vaginosis diagnosis. 42 patients were treated with Neo-Penotran Forte, and 42 patients were treated with Vaginorm C. All the female patients were divided in two groups in accordance with the used treatment mode: the 1st group was treated with Neo-penotran forte (vaginal suppositories) (n=42), the 2nd group was treated with Vaginorm C (vaginal tablets) (n=42). Treatment efficacy and safety was evaluated 3 days after the treatment was over and a month after the treatment was over.
Results: The treatment with Neo-Penotran Forte showed more pronounced clinical and laboratory effect both at the first and the second visits in comparison with Vaginorm C.
Summary: The most effective scheme of bacterial vaginosis treatment is metronidazole and miconazole combination. Efficacy of metronidazole and miconazole combination treatment is 100%, efficacy of ascorbic acid treatment is 80%.
Materials and Methods: This prospective study included 265 patients with symptomatic uterine myoma. Data on health-related quality of life and severity of symptoms before and after UAE and organ-preserving interventions and existence of complex rehabilitation were obtained by the standardized «Uterine Fibroid Symptom and Quality of Life» (UFS-QOL) questionnaire. Treatment failure was defined as the need for a second invasive procedure because of recurrent symptoms or persistent symptoms after interventions.
Results: At 6 months after treatment, all three leiomyoma therapies resulted in substantial symptom relief, to near normal levels, with the greatest improvement after complex rehabilitation.
Summary: It is shown that the assessment of quality of life not only a prediсtor of the complicated current of the postoperative period and the remote recurrence of a disease, but also criterion of full value of a carried-out course of rehabilitation. The complex rehabilitation makes it possible to reduce the frequency of postoperative complications and relapses of diseases.
Materials and Methods: Microflora in the middle ear of 102 patients aged from 20 to 70 years with chronic suppurative otitis media were studied by microbiological and genetic (PCR) methods.

Results: The resulting clinical experience has allowed to develop an original method of combined surgical treatment of rectocele, combining the technology of circular endorectal mucosal-submucosal resection and front levatoroplastik. The proposed method is aimed at strengthening the rectovaginal septum, the restoration of its interior and the creation of the holding fascial-muscular frame. The method was tested in 12 patients with rectocele II and III.
Summary: The application of the developed method, which takes into account the main elements of the pathogenesis of rectocele, achieves stable positive results, and reduces the likelihood of recurrence of the disease.
Materials and Methods: The study included 6 patients (6 eyes) with the wet form of AMD, who underwent the introduction of bevacizumab at a dose of 5 mg (0.2 ml) into the back subtenon space for viscous media – hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (the patent application on the invention of the Russian Federation №2013105697 from 11.02.2013). All patients underwent visometry, biomicroscopy, ophthalmoscopy, fundus photographic recording, optical coherence tomography and fluorescein angiography. The follow-up 3 months.
Results: The mean values of visual acuity with correction improved after treatment (from 0.06 to 0.2). Central retinal thickness average decreased after treatment all patients (363.5 μm to 309 μm). Also, we have seen a significant decrease in transsudativnyh processes in the retina in all patients and reducing the suretinal of a neovascular membrane into 1.2 times, that speaks about supperession of activity choroidal neovascularization. The effect was observed throughout the period of observation.
Summary: Subtenon introduction of bevacizumab is safe and has a positive effect in wet AMD, and its application to a viscous mediа has a prolonged effect.
Materials and Methods: The study included patients to whom performance of CEA was planned under regional anesthesia without the installation of an intraluminal shunt. CEA was performed to 72 patients aged 50 to 80 years. After performing the regional block, we started infusion of propofol target concentration using diprifusor TCI system.
Results: During anesthesia, we have allocated five stages, each of which required a level of sedation. The Dependence of BIS index and the degree of sedation RAMSAY from propofol TCI, allows quantitatively assess the degree of sedation and individually select the desired level of sedation. As a result, during cross-clamping of the ICA patients can actively cooperate with the anesthetist for dynamic neurological control.
Summary: The operation CEA under sedation with preserved consciousness allows to use all the advantages of regional anesthesia, creating fairly comfortable environments for patients. Rare cases of respiratory depression, sedation allows the independent external patient`s breathing. That allows dynamic neurological control and to maintain constant verbal contact.
Materials and methods: Patients were divided into 3 groups depending on the degree of chronic limb ischemia. In one group (67 people) included patients with B II degree of ischemia. The 2nd group (36 patients) included patients with grade III ischemia. In the 3rd group entered 21 patients with a decompensation of collateral blood circulation into the extremities, being accompanied the expressed pain syndrome (the IV degree of ischemia). State of the blood flow was assessed by Doppler ultrasound data on the levels of the extracranial and intracranial arteries brachycephalic departments.
Results: In patients with decompensation of collateral circulation of the lower limbs (group 3), a significant decrease in the rate of blood flow in the internal carotid arteries in comparison with the indicators of all other groups .
Summary: Severe chronic ischemia of the lower limbs should be seen not only as a negative factor for the lower extremities, but also as a factor in reducing the risk of cerebral perfusion and significant deterioration of autoregulatory reserve of cerebral hemodynamics.
Materials and methods: The investigation has been performed in 178 kidneys of human corpses of various ages. 110 of them died from some cardiovascular diseases (atherosclerosis of the abdominal aorta, hypertension, chronic ischemic cardiac disease and their combinations) and 68 from mechanical asphyxia. Macro-microscopical, histological, biometrical methods and scanning electron microscopy have been used.
Results: We revealed following microcirculatory bed’s changes: juxtamedullary shunting, excessive hyperemia and considerable deterioration of blood supplay both the renal cortical and medullary parts.
Summary: The greatest changes in architectonics of microcirculatory bed in kidneys were observed at hypertension combined with chronic cardiac ischemia, and the least ones- at atherosclerosis.
Material and methods. We examined 67 patients with retinal detachment of various etiologies who underwentvitrectomy.

Materials and methods: 62 students of 1st course, studying in the main group of physical education were surveyed. 578 medical control cards of graduates year 2007 – 2012 were analysed. During the survey the following methods were used: Body Type, Artenal Blood Pressure, Pulsometry, ECG diagnostics, Spirography, Stepergometry according to location PWC 170. Calculation method: the adaptive capacity, physical efficiency, MOC (maximum oxygen consumption) and AP (aerobic performance) were calculated.
Results: 36% of the students of 1st course in the main physical education group was related to the MaC and MeMaC – types with resistive mechanism of adaptation. 28,5% of female and 32,7% of male graduates had decreased physical efficiency and indicators of life – support.
Summary: students of the main group of physical education need to have differentiated programs of physical training, given that the adaptive capacity and body type are taken in to consideration. To determine the individual tolerance to physical stress, 60% of the graduates will need to undergo veloergometry with pulse, blood pressure and ECG being registered and cotrolled.
Materials and Methods: 66 patients with BDI were admitted to our hospital and operated on in period of 1997-2013. Primary end-to-end ductal repair was used in 2 cases in 1-2 days after injury without T-tube drainage and in the third case 5 day after the accident using forenamed drainage. Successful right hemihepatectomy was performed in 1 patient; in 62 patients - Roux-en-Y HJS, 23 among them using our antireflux modification of the anastomosis (Russian Fed. Patent N 2470592).
Results: There were the following criteria for research: wound infection, cholangitis attacks, anastomotic leak, period of time for postoperative blood- and liver function analyses restitution. Total 30-days mortality was 1,5% (1 patient). Mortality wasn’t registered in the group of antireflux interventions. Estimation of follow-up results showed the advantages of the proposal method.
Summary: The method of choice in surgery of iatrogenic BDI and subsequent biliary ductal obstruction due to BDI is repair using antireflux Roux-en-Y HJS.
Purpose: To improve coloesophagoplasty outcomes in children with esophageal atresia when diastasis between the colon and neck part of esophagus came to 3.0 cm by lengthening the last one.
Materials and Methods: A new method of esophagomyotomy using only longitudinal muscle fibers dissection was developed experimentally. This method was applied to perform an esophagoplasty in 3 children with primary-made double esophagostomy. The “end-to-end” esophagocoloanastomosis and presternum resections were made in all cases.
Results: Keeping the circulatory muscle layer intact allows to avoid submucosal vessel’s damage, esophageal diverticula’s formation and to facilitate surgeon’s work, to decrease a period of operation. Two neck anastomoses were healed without fistula’s formation, one girl developed anastomosis inconsistency, so separation of anastomosis was made for a 6-month period with followed-up raconsruction.
Summary: The neck part of esophagus elongation using Livaditis-Kimura esophagomyotomy in cases of coloesophagoplasty in children with esophageal atresia can be used as alternative method to eliminate diastasis between ends of colon and esophagus up to 3.0 cm.
Purpose: To improve an artificial esophagus function using antireflux properties of modificated Depage-Janeway tube gactrostoma.
Materials and methods: 3 variants of cologastric anastomoses using such a gastric tube were developed and applied in 22 children: “end-to-end” (2), “end of gastric tube - to the colon side” (2) and “colon end - to the gastric tube side” (18).Results: The most acceptable food-passing properties of artificial esophagus were achieved using the third variant of anastomosis. It caused by a wide lumen of anastomosis, which was the same as colon’s graft lumen. After 0.5-1 year since the operation an X-ray examinations were performed and validated a satisfactory antireflux properties of gastric tube as a part of artificial esophagus.
Summary: Not the direct colo-gastric anastomosis, but using the gastric tube Depage-Janeway gastrostoma is the new method to solve the problem of antireflux protection of the graft during esophagoplasty in cases of scar strictures in children
Purpose: to support the use of hypoxic gas media for emergency restoration of functionality of the body specialists hazardous occupations.Materials and methods. The studies included 26 specialists hazardous occupations (men aged 20-32 years old), with signs of disadaptation. The 14 people (basic group - BG) conducted training with the use of normobaric hypoxic gas media - NHGM (O2 content 15-17%, the duration of each treatment 45 min, the total number of procedures - 12) starting from 6-th day of the hypoxic exposure combined with physical exercise. The remaining 12 people (comparison group - CG) performed a similar exercise to simulate the conditions of NHGM. To assess the functionality of the organism (FO) used the trial with stepwise increased physical load on the bike until the anaerobic threshold (AT), recording parameters of hemodynamics and gas exchange. Trial run for 1 day prior to the start of training courses and the day after. The Results. All persons of BG after the workouts recorded an increase in work load up to AT least 1 upper the baseline, in the absence of such changes to the CG, which revealed a statistically significant (p < 0.05) differences in direct indicators of physical performance (maximum power and load time). Persons of BG also noted a significant improvement of physiological, physical work: reduction in blood pressure and heart rate during load, improve maximal oxygen consumption. Such changes in persons of CG were absent.Summary. The program, based on the use of NHGM can be considered as a selection method in the physiological support of emergency restoration FO of specialists hazardous occupations.
