Abstract

The dominant role in inflammatory reaction of the central nervous system is played by microglia cages – the participants neurodegenerative processes. The review contains modern data on regulation of an inflammation of the central nervous system at level of neuro-endocrine answer to illness and damage and the influence on peripheral immune reactions. The expression of inflammatory mediators, cytokines and proteins of the complement system by microglia cages, neurons and astrocytes in reaction to a nonspecific infection can lead to development of neurodegenerative changes and associated diseases.

Abstract

Hemostatic disorders are frequent complication at patients with malignancy, resulting to decrease in efficiency of treatment, increase of its cost. Effective prevention and therapy are impossible without an adequate estimation of changes in coagulation system. Goal in writing this short review is to summarize the literature data about the hemostatic disorders in patient with prostate and bladder cancer.

Abstract

Because of an absence of the unified wording of health concept that is key for medicine, we analyzed its basic essences and offered our wording evidently less opens to criticism. We discussed the basic determinants of health and added to the essence of health such nontraditional components as quality and quantity of inter- and intra-system relationship and role of the various prolonged sensory inflows with low intensity. We also discussed the exceptional role of wellness philosophy and methodology in forming of health style of life and health in whole. We concluded that the essence of health has two constituents – medico-biological and medico-social ones.

Abstract

Purpose: To study spectral and physicochemical characteristics Diabenol’s ion-associates and extraction equilibria and to develop a method for determination of small amounts of substance in the presence of other compounds.

Materials and Methods: An extraction-photometric method of analysis was chosen because it is widely used in pharmaceutical analysis and find a use in chemico-toxiological researches.

Results: It was developed a method of extraction-photometric detection of dosage forms with small amounts of diabenol in the presence of substance that prevent its detection with the methods of titrimetric analysis and ultraviolet spectroscopy. The investigation showed that the use of chloroform as extraction agent of diabenol ion-associates and anionic dyes is optimal.

Summary: This method makes possible to detect the basic substance with high precision and repeatability of measurements.

Abstract

Purpose: To detect the peculiarities of immunological status of patients with acute destructive pancreatitis in postoperative period and to develop the scheme of immune correction according to stage and difficulty of immune response process and phase.

Materials and Methods: The identification of immunological status included the standart analysis of cellar, humoral, phagocital components of immune system. The immune correction was carried out with Roncoleukinum followed by Tactivinum, polyoxidonium, Derinat according to the immunogram results.

Results: Auto-toxemia and immunosuppression are present in patients with acute destructive pancreatitis in postoperative period.

Summary: Immunomodulators in complex therapy improve the efficiency of treatment which is confirmed by positive movements in immunological characteristics.

Abstract

Purpose: Statement of physical fitness and physical health of the medicos subject to the somatotype by the properly sized variation level.

Materials and Methods: 513 3d year medicos (140 youths and 373 girls), aged 17–21 years old, and having different level of physical fitness, were examined. The examination was carried out on the disease nosology of the students, (according to the international disease classification). Physical fitness level was stated by the results standards of the standart test exercises, used in training and test classes at the Department. The observations were carried out during 4 terms and recorded in the register. An average grade was stated, permitting to judge about the development level of the motion qualities. Somatotyping was carried out.

Results: During the 4 terms an objective increase of physical fitness rates was observed both for healthy people and ones with deviations in the level of health.

Summary: The representatives of MeС type (youths) and МеМаС type (girls) tested the most physically fitted.

Abstract

Purpose: To evaluate the morphometric characteristics of age-structural organization of the human spleen and architectonics of intraorganic arterial bed.

Material and Methods: 86 human splen of people of various ages are investigated. A complex of morphological and morphometrical methods was used.

Results: Changes of arterial architectonics intraorgannyh spleen arteriosplen index, relative amount of tissue elements.

Summary: In elderly and old age reduced the relative content of blood vessels and red pulp reduction defines adaptive capacity vessels of the arterial bed spleen.

Abstract

Purpose: To study the characteristics of uterine intraorgan vessels architectonics at different age periods and functionality.

Materials and Methods: The investigation was performed in 120 uterus preparations of the 16-80 years women without pathology of the internal sexual organs. Used rentgenoanatomic and morphometric methods.

Results: In elderly and senile age stretches of the uterine arteries intraorganic appear tortuous, contraction and expansion, uneven contours. Arteriouterine index in each age group is much larger in parous women than nulliparous. The morphological asymmetry of the arterial bed of the uterus in women giving birth is defined as differences in diameter, right and left uterine artery, and the index arteriouterine right and left halves of the uterus.

Summary: The changes of the uterine wall vascularization associated with aging as well as the functional reconstruction of blood vessels in parous women.

Abstract

Purpose: To study stomatopharynx dysbiosis role in formation of susceptibility to frequent and durable respiratory diseases in early age children.

Materials and Methods: Stomatopharynx microflora has been investigated in 76 children (aged 1-3 years) susceptible to frequent and durable respiratory diseases.

Results: All the patients are stated to have dysbiotic changes in stomatopharynx microflora. It is shown that the character of disturbances in microflora composition of children’s biotope differs depending on the clinical course peculiarities of the recurrent respiratory diseases.

Summary: We recommended an individual correction of stomatopharynx dysbiosis in early age children susceptible to frequent and durable respiratory diseases aimed at formation of optimal conditions for children’s immune system development, recovery of biotope colonizational resistence and reduction of the frequency and duration of acute respiratory diseases.

Abstract

During the last few years the healthy life-style program is realized in our country. The health center for children in Children’s city polyclinic №17 of Voroshilovsky area in Rostov-on-Don is functioned within the scope of this program. The pediatrician of the health center makes the individual program on a healthy way of life after an inspection of the patient on a hardware-software complex. Work of the health center is directed on early revealing of functional deviations and their timely correction.

Abstract

In the article it was discussed some essential components of program internal medicine`s teaching. Conducting patients with writing and defense of case history is a significant part of studies. Another important part of professional training for future physicians is analysis, discussion and sometimes independent modeling of clinical sums, which promotes development of analytical and synthetical function for thinking. One more significant section is still studying of electrocardiography, that because of information`s volume naturally impossible to get into one lession, that`s why expediently to give daily a small amount of time for this purpose. A primary aim of this article is an attracting young teacher to lesion`s dynamics, and also a changing activity, a rhythm of work, which promotes formation of a stable interest to education.
