Abstract

The paper presents a literature review study of aging as a process of normal or physiological and pathological age-related changes. Today there is no single perspective on the aging process, but it is clear that the basis of aging is the internal instability of biological molecules. Some authors see the relationship with aging-associated disease age. Other authors define aging as the most universal disease, and under normal aging understand the amount and intertwining of the top ten diseases generated by ontogenetic and accumulation mechanisms. It is clear that there is no disease that would have been the cause of death for all older individuals, but also distinguish the disease associated with aging (aging-dependent), and diseases associated with age (age-dependent).

Abstract

Here is shown on the base of the foreign literature review that walking could cause not only positive, but also negative effects. The last one are the result of discrepancy of walking parameters to person’s trained level in the case of inobservance of individualization principle. In this connection in article the methodology of drawing up of medical-improving programs of the dosed walking and efficiency of their use is discussed.

Abstract

Purpose: The psycho-physiological features and anthrop-somatic-viceroy parameters in children with neurosensory bradyacuasia (NSB) were investigated.

Materials and Methods: It is spent comparative research of boys with НСТ, divided into age subgroups: 7-10 years, 11-13 and 14-16 years. Were executed audio-logic, anthropometrical, physical analyses, psychological testing for revealing of verbal and nonverbal characteristics of intellectual development, it is registered electroencephalogram (EEG) and the evoked potentials.

Results: In each group prominent features of the inter-central mutual relations in a brain cortex are revealed. It is established that the condition intra- and inter-hemispheres’ integration and character of spectral density of ranges EEG capacity can represent itself as functional criterion of development NSB. At acquired NSB age-related characteristics of the alpha - rhythm power is not boosted, at inherent - the level of left-side coherent links increases. The decrease of amplitude of visual evoked potential positive components can be connected to failure the hard of hearing children notice function.

Summary: The data of the factorial analysis of set anthropometrical, physical and viceroy indicators, parameters of bioelectric activity of a brain, can be diagnostic criteria of anthrop-somatic-viceroy continuum components of a studied pathology.

Abstract

Purpose: The possibility of using parameters characterizing arteriole tone obtained from daily monitoring of BP in teenage children.

Materials and Methods: In the present study we used a bifunctional ECG and BP monitoring device MnSDP-3. This device permits determining basic haemodynamic parameters as well as PTT (pulse transit time) and dpdt. We also performed estimation of arteriole tone (AT). Patients were divided into two groups. The first group included 30 teenagers with verified essential arterial hypertension. The second, control group, included 30 teenagers of health group I and II with BP varying from 5 to 89 percentile.

Results: Mean daily PTT value in the first group amounted to 141.3 + 9.3 ms, while in the control group – 144.4 + 9.72 ms. Mean dp/dt values for a day amounted to 906.1 + 168.0 mm Hg in the first teenager group, while in the control group – 677.4 + 107.4 mm Hg. Mean AT values for a day in the first group were 42.1 + 10.9 mm Hg, while in the control group they amounted to 32.3 + 7.5 mm Hg.

Summary: Such parameters as dp/dt and arteriole tone are most informative for early diagnostics of arterial hypertension.

Abstract

Purpose: The estimation of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant status at patients with acute form of myocardial infarction and postinfarction cardiosclerosis.

Materials and Methods: Erythrocytes and plasma of venous blood were taken from 200 patients.

Results: It was established that acute course of myocardial infarction characterized by intensification of lipid peroxidation. On our opinion, the hyperproduction of hydrogen peroxide is leading mechanism in vessel tense regulation. Tissue hypoxia was found at postinfarction cardiosclerosis, we suppose that it activates the tissue macrophages and stimulates the synthesis of intercellular matrix components.

Summary: the orientation and degree of manifestation of activity changes of plasma and erythrocytic superoxide dismutase can serve as prognostic criterion of myocardial infarction.

Abstract

Purpose: Tactics of orthodontic treatment of patients with congenital face clefts with accounting for their age, cleft kind, growth and development of upper and lower jaw.

Materials and Methods: Two groups of patients were segregated: 7 people with total bilateral and 22 people with total unilateral cleft of labrum, alveolar bone, hard and soft palate. Most common secondary deformations with both cleft kinds present were determined.

Results: Analysis of clinical and radiographical examination of viscerocranium confirmed that active growth of facial skeleton occurs during interchangable occlusion period.

Summary: Orthodontic treatment effectiveness was shown to depend on the time of admission and medical activity order. Orthodontic treatment of children with congenital face clefts was most effective in the cases when treatment began at 5-7 years and outpatient observation till 18 years.

Abstract

Purpose: Studying of a sort of feeding influence on a state of children’s health at the early age.

Materials and Methods. 113 children of early age from 1 year and 1 month till 3 years old were under observation. They were divided into 2 groups. The first group was made up of 92 children who were on exclusively breast feeding till 4-6 months and the comparison group included 21 children on early artificial feeding. The integrated assessment of a health state was performed and it was studied the chldren’s morbidity of both groups.

Results: A comparison of critical parameters of physical and neuropsychоlogical development of the both investigated groups of children in dynamics didn’t not reveal any authentic distinctions. The general morbidity of these children were on exclusively breast feeding till 4-6 months was authentically lower, that.

Summary: Receiving resalts specifies an essential role of exclusively breast feeding in formation children’s health at early age.

Abstract

Purpose: Studying of influence frequency of warm reductions (FWR) on clinical features of a current and indicators of purine an exchange at patients ST evalution acute myocarde infarction (AMI).

Materials and Methods: 91 patient, middle age 60,86±1,2 years, with the diagnosis of ImpST. Considering FWR less and more than 70 ud./minutes all patients AMI have been divided on two groups. Estimated the objective data and indicators of purine an exchange (activity 5-nukleotidazy, adenosine deaminase, xanthine oxidase and level of uric acid).

Results: Increase FWR at patients AMI correlates with more expressed infringements of haemodynamics and the data of lipidogramma that aggravates weight of a current of disease. FWR is a marker of intensity of a metabolism purine an exchange that reflects more expressed deficiency of energy at sick AMI.

Summary: Increase FWR reflects intensity of a metabolism пуринового an exchange and more expressed deficiency of energy at patients AMI. Increase FWR aggravates weight of a current of (HAMslSТ).

Abstract

Patient I. had marked complaints, which were typical for thyrotoxicosis syndrome at September 2009. As a result based on depressed level of TSH and increased value of free T4 Graves` disease have been diagnosed, and Thiamazole have been prescribed, but patient wasn`t relieved. In Rostov-on-Don Endocrinology Centr because of there had been no effect from treatment, the diagnosis was call into question. Differential diagnostics thyrotoxicosis syndrome had been led and destructive tryroiditis have been revealed. Also it was found out that patient was taking Cordarone during 1,5 years, which contains a high concentration of iodine and results in development of several thyroid gland`s pathology. Thus, instead of radioiodine therapy patient needs to take glucocorticoids.
