There were considered in this review more than 50 corrective effects of various training exercises in chronic heart failure. The most rehabilitation efficacy is noticed when use the programs with interval and complex moderate intensive exercises, and for older patients – with low loads. The authors emphasize necessary of more widely implementation of various training exercises in rehabilitation and secondary prevention of heart failure.

Review summarizes the medical aspects of the biomechanics and muscle motor activity in handlebell sport on an example of cyclic exercise “kettlebell snatch”. Performed the comparative analysis of different techniques of performance of kettlebell snatch. Provides information about of the kettlebell exercises and recommendation of the Russian and foreign authors for strengthening of stabilizing muscles, preventive maintenance of the musculoskeletal disorders.

Purpose: To study features of neurologic semiology both a level of interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) at children of the first months of life with defeat of nervous system at herpes virus infection.
Material and Methods: Сlinical and laboratory examination of the 221 newborns with defeat of nervous system at herpesvirus infection (cytomegalovirus, herpes simplex virus infections, Epstein-Barr virus infections) were done. Follow-up immunological studies were undertaken to examine the levels interleukin 2 (IL -2) and interleukin - 4 (IL -4) in the sera at children of the first months of a life with herpes virus infection. Control group consisted of 12 healthy newborns.
Results: All children with herpes virus infection had neurologic semiology of various degrees. Dependence of levels IL-2 and IL-4 from a virus kind is revealed.
Summary: The significant increase in the levels of IL -2 was found at children with serious form cytomegalovirus infection.

Purpose: To study the characteristics of the anatomical structure of the valve of the coronary sinus Materials and Methods: The investigation was perfomed in 120 the human heart preparations (60 women and 60 men). Used cell, constitutional diagnostic and statistical methods of research.
Results: The damper coronary sinus found at 67.5% of the cases. For all types of Constitution prevails valve of coronary sinus Crescent shape. Catheterizations valves of the coronary sinus found in 82,7 % of cases.
Summary: The data on the variability of the anatomical structure of the flaps of the coronary sinus people with different types of Constitution will determine the tactics when performing catheterization of the coronary sinus.

Purpose: To study possible persistence of herpes viruses in certain tissues of healthy humans and patients with chronic pathologies.
Materials and methods: We examined 105 children with chronic throat, ear or nose pathologies, 34 children with obstructive pyelonephritis, 150 adults with chronic stomach pathologies, and control groups. Herpes viruses were found (by PCR) in the epithelium of the palatine tonsils, the renal tissue, and the stomach wall tissue.
Results: A low frequency of tissue contamination with herpes viruses in conditionally healthy subjects contrasted with that in patients with chronic pathologies, the latter showing 53% to 88% presence of viruses. The viral infection was accompanied with intensive colonization of tissues with conditionally pathogenic bacteria.
Summary: Prolonged persistence of herpes viruses in tissues may aggravate the course of a chronic process and create the conditions for development of a bacterial infection. The viral component of a mixed infection remains invulnerable when standard antibacterial therapy schemes are used.

Dilated cardiomyopathy is a serious disabling disease with unclear etiology. In some cases, its occurrence is associated with genetic mutations. In this context the case of dilated cardiomyopathy of the three years old girl from the Silver-Russell syndrome is of considerable interest. This is a genetic disorder characterized by numerous anomalies in the symmetry of the body, malnutrition and premature puberty.

The paper presents an analysis of evidence-based medicine electronic resources. Were identified and ranked the criteria of value resources in terms of evidence.

The study which allows to speak with confidence about the feasibility and efficiency resort rehabilitation of patients with complicated forms of pathology of the digestive organs including in the early period after surgery were conducted in Pyatigorsk State Research Institute of Balneology FMBA of Russia. New medical technologies sanatorium treatment of complicated forms of pathology of the digestive system are developed. These techniques led to improved spa treatment and improve the quality of life for patients.

Purpose: To study the influence of natural healing factors of Teberda resort associated with cardiorespiratory disease.
Materials and methods: Observations of 100 patients with coronary artery disease (effort angina FK2) in combination with chronic obstructive bronchitis in remission are conducted.
Results: The frequency of favorable changes of clinical and paraclinical indices are 15-18,5 % higher with supplemental balneotherapy (medium-mineralized mineral water «Teberda» for internal and external use).
Summary: The beneficial effects of climate and mineral medium-mineralized Teberda resort springs on the regulation of metabolism and cardio-respiratory system, respiratory function prove efficiency of their inclusion in the modern treatment technology of patients with combined pathology of the cardiovascular system and respiratory system.

Purpose: To study the effectiveness of the rotating magnetic field by means of complex magnetotherapeutic «Alma» in the spa treatment of patients with combined cardial and endorine pathology.
Material and methods: 60 patients with coronary artery disease in combination with type 2 diabetes are studied
Results: The advantage of the comprehensive use of rotating magnetic field and natural healing factors of Essentuki resort is showed. Improvements in the daily monitoring of electrocardiogram ECG, lypid, carbohydrate metabolism, in the functional state of homeostasis in second group patients is 18-20% higher than in the first group (p1-2 <0.05).
Summary: Complex spa treatment with the moving in space rotating magnetic field significantly improves health and improves quality of life in patients with combined pathology.

Purpose: Development of methods for differentiation of sanatorium treatment of acid depending diseases to improve restoration, rehabilitation and improvement of life quality for these patients.
Materials and methods: 500 patients with complicated forms of acid depending diseases in the fading aggravation phase, including 80 patients - at the stage of follow-up care after hospitalization - are examined and treated.
Results: The high efficiency of treatment complexes which includes anti-ulcer drugs, drinking mineral water, carbonated hydrosulphuric baths and one of the physiotherapy techniques. Recurrence of erosive and ulcerative process in such complex spa treatment is observed only in 10-16% of patients, which is another evidence of the advantages we offer for the medical treatment technologies of complicated forms of acid depending diseases.
Summary: Treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease of I-III st., with chronic erosive gastroduodenitis, frequently relapsing duodenal ulcer in fading aggravation phase is appropriate and prescribed.

Purpose: examine the nature of violations of the functional condition of the digestive system among people working in harmful and dangerous working conditions and evaluate the effectiveness of the use of sanatorium-and-Spa treatment.
Materials and Methods: We investigated the efficiency of natural physical factors in the rehabilitation of 50 employees of companies with harmful working conditions. Results: A significant distribution of digestive system functional pathological disorders is registered in this group.onclusions: After the carried out treatment the improvement in physical status of patients and normalization of the majority of laboratory parameters is noted, thereby increasing the reserve health and working efficiency of people with harmful conditions of their professional environment.

This article presents data that show the feasibility and prospects of natural therapeutic factors use in major socially significant diseases. Mechanisms of Zheleznovodsk spa drinking mineral water action in treating metabolic disorders are shown.

Purpose: To study the efficiency of spa therapy using drinking mineral waters Essentuki №4 and Essentuki-New in treatment of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
Materials and methods: 40 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease aged 48,8±5,7 years are surveyed. Patients received resort therapy with application of drinking treatment of mineral waters Essentuki-New and Essentuki №4 and mineral baths.
Results: After the carried out treatment the dynamics of clinical displays of the disease, functional tests of a liver, indicators of intrahepatic haemodynamics, exchange of lipids, homeostasis of peroxides, the hormonal and immune status of the given category of patients is marked favorable.
Summary: The conducted research has shown high efficiency of resort therapy using drinking mineral waters Essentuki №4 and Essentuki-New in treatment of patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
