СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К ЛЕЧЕНИЮ ПУЗЫРНО-МОЧЕТОЧНИКОВОГО РЕФЛЮКСА У ДЕТЕЙ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Аннотация
Несмотря на существующие рекомендации и огромное количество научных публикаций по ведению и лечению пациентов с пузырно-мочеточниковым рефлюксом (ПМР), до сих пор нет идеального общепринятого алгоритма лечения детей с данной патологией. В течение 70 лет активного изучения проблемы рефлюкса чаша весов периодически склоняется то в сторону консервативного, то хирургического подхода, накоплен достаточный опыт как в открытой, малоинвазивной хирургии, так и в консервативном лечении. 10-летнее использование рекомендаций Европейской ассоциацией урологов (EAU) позволил накопить опыт и трансформировать подходы к выбору метода лечения пациентов с пузырно-мочеточниковым рефлюксом.
