Abstract

In a review of literature from the modern point of the mechanisms of observed during physiological and pathological pregnancy. Present and discuss the various hypotheses of gestation. In particular, shows evidence of local immunosuppressive role in the development of pregnancy. At the same time actively involved antigens HLA class, natural killer cells, and pro-and anti￾inflammatory cytokines. In normal pregnancy, the cytokine balance towards the immunosuppressive Th-2 cytokines that inhibit the cellular immune response and stimulating steroids (progesterone, hCG) and the development of blocking antibodies. The role of apoptosis and T regulatory cells in the pathogenesis of complicated pregnancy. It is assumed that during pregnancy there is a unique interaction between the innate and adaptive immune mothers, the role of chief executives of the regulatory cells perform, asking for the innate immune response.
