Роль HELICOBACTER PYLORI в этиологии и патогенезе хронической гастродуоденальной патологии
Аннотация
H.pylori играет важную роль в развитии хронического гастрита, пептической язвы, аденокарциномы, MALT-лимфомы. В обзоре представлены современные сведения об эпидемиологии, генетике и микробиологии данной бактерии, факторах колонизации слизистой оболочки желудка и развитии H.pylori-ассоциированных заболеваний, зависящих от внутривидового разнообразия штаммов и наличия факторов патогенности H.pylori, генетической предрасположенности, состояния местных и общих иммунных факторов защиты макроорганизма, изменений микроэкологии желудочно-кишечного тракта.
