The reviewed scientific and practical journal «Medical Herald of the South of Russia» is published by Rostov State Medical University from September 2010 with a strict periodicity of 4 issues per year.

In May 2012 the magazine entered the list of peer-reviewed scientific journals and publications where the basic scientific results of dissertations for the degree must be published, and in December 2015 confirmed its status by entering the updated list.

Since January 2016 Chief editor is Doctor of Medicine, Professor S.V. Shlyk

Our magazine provides an opportunity for young scientists, especially graduate students and doctoral candidates, to publish the results of their research.
