Представлено клиническое наблюдение пациента, поступившего с типичной клиникой ревматической полимиалгии (РПМА), явившейся манифестацией миеломной болезни. Широко известна связь между ревматической полимиалгией и гигантоклеточным артериитом (ГКА), однако, редко сообщается об ассоциации РПМА с лимфопролиферативными заболеваниями. В данном случае отмечено улучшение состояния пациента после проведенного химиотерапевтического лечения. 

A clinical observation of a patient presented with a typical clinic of rheumatic polymyalgia (RPM), which was a manifestation of myeloma. The relationship between rheumatic polymyalgia and giant cell arteritis (GCA) is well known, but association of RPM with lymphoproliferative diseases is rarely reported. In this case there was a clinical improvement in the patient’s condition aft er chemotherapy treatment.
