Протеомный анализ сыворотки крови осуществляли с помощью двумерного высокоразрешающего гель-электрофореза с последующей окраской гелей флуоресцентным красителем  и времяпролетной MALDI-масс-спектрометрии.   Белки идентифицировали с использованием алгоритма анализа пептидного фингерпринта Mascot  MS  и белковой базы данных Swiss-Prot.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: сравнительный анализ протеомного профиля сыворотки крови детей, перенесших патологию ЦНС в перинатальным периоде и с развившейся в последующем БА, и пациентов контрольной группы позволил установить, что продукция ряда белков снижена при указанной патологии. Были идентифицированы белки в диапазоне молекулярных масс 16-33 кДа (p&lt;0,05): глутатионпероксидаза 3, транстиретин, а также компоненты системы комплимента С4B и С3.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: модификация продукции данных белков свидетельствует о наличии повреждений на молекулярном уровне, приводящих к метаболическим и функциональным нарушениям в организме больного БА, имеющего в анамнезе указание на патологию перинатального периода. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: proteomic analysis of blood serum of children with bronchial asthma with a history of indication of the pathology of the perinatal period.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: a comprehensive examination of children suffering from asthma and patients of the control group using proteomic analysis of blood serum was carried out. Proteomic analysis of blood serum was performed using two-dimensional high-resolution gel electrophoresis followed by staining of gels with fl uorescent dye and time-of-fl ight MALDI mass spectrometry. The proteins were identifi ed using Mascot MS peptide fi ngerprint analysis algorithm and Swiss-Prot protein database.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: comparative analysis of the proteomic profi le of blood serum of children with pathology of the central nervous system in the perinatal period and developed in the subsequent bronchial asthma and control group patients allowed to establish that number proteins products were reduced in this disease.
