Представлено клиническое наблюдение недоношенного новорожденного пациента с отечной формой гемолитической болезни. Особенностью данного случая является его относительная редкость в виду благоприятного исхода наиболее тяжелой формы гемолитической болезни при крайне тяжелом исходном состоянии плода.

Clinical observation of a premature newborn patient with an edematous form of the Hemolytic Disease is presented. A feature of this case is its relative rarity in view of the favorable outcome of the most severe form of hemolytic disease in an extremely severe initial condition of the fetus.
