Исследование магния проводили на автоматическом биохимическом анализаторе «Cobas с 311» (фирмы «Roche Diagnostics», Германия) фотометрическим методом.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: референтный интервал магния в сыворотке крови у здоровых мужчин и женщин в возрасте от 21 до 50 лет, постоянно проживающих в городе Астрахани, составляет 0,72 – 0,99 ммоль/л.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: установленный референтный интервал магния может быть использован в лабораториях города Астрахани, так как он был разработан с учетом отечественных и зарубежных рекомендаций по подбору доноров для исследования и обеспечению качества лабораторных исследований на всех этапах.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to establish reference serum magnesium intervals in healthy individuals, residing in Astrakhan.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: the investigated group was formed from 120 men and 120 women healthy residents of Astrakhan aged from 21 to 50 years (average age 37,6 ± 0,9). Th e study of calcium was carried out on an automatic biochemical analyzer “Cobas 311 c” (Roche Diagnostic, Germany) by photometric method.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: the reference intervals for the magnesium in healthy men and women aged from 21 to 50 years, residing in Astrakhan is 0,72 – 0,99 mmol/L.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: the reference range of total magnesium, established by us, can be used in laboratories of Astrakhan, as it was developed taking into account domestic and foreign recommendations for selection donors for research and ensuring the quality of laboratory research at all stages. </p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>референтный интервал</kwd><kwd>магний</kwd><kwd>кровь</kwd><kwd>здоровое население Астрахани</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>reference interval</kwd><kwd>magnesium</kwd><kwd>blood</kwd><kwd>healthy residents of Astrakhan</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Алан Г.Б.
