Все новорожденные разделены на 4 группы, по 40 в каждой, в зависимости от используемых анестетиков при индукции общей анестезии. В 1-й группе использовали тиопентал натрия 5 мг/кг; во 2-й – тиопентал натрия 7 мг/кг; в 3-й – пропофол 2,5 мг/кг; в 4-й – тиопентал натрия 5 мг/кг с севофлураном (0,5 МАК). Влияние анестезии на состояние новорожденных оценивали с помощью шкалы Апгар и шкалы оценки неврологической и адаптивной способности NACS.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: не выявлено статистически значимых различий при оценке новорожденных по шкалам.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: все исследуемые препараты и их дозы, используемые для проведения индукции общей анестезии при плановом абдоминальном родоразрешении, не оказывают негативного влияния на неврологический и соматический статус новорожденного.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to evaluate and compare the influence of the options for the induction of general anesthesia for elective abdominal delivery on the condition of newborns. </p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods: The study included 160 newborns, which were born via elective cesarean section under general anaesthesia. All newborns were divided into 4 groups, 40 in each, depending on the anesthetics used for the induction of general anesthesia. In the 1st group, thiopental sodium 5 mg/kg was used; in the 2nd - sodium thiopental 7 mg/kg; in the 3rd - propofol 2,5 mg/kg; in the 4th- sodium thiopental 5 mg/kg with sevoflurane (0,5 MAC).
