Обзор посвящён современным представлениям о факторах, влияющих на формирование микробиоты кишечника, участии микрофлоры в становлении системного и мукозального иммунитета, роли нарушений микробиоты в развитии аллергических заболеваний. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The indigenous gut microbiota plays a key role in maintaining homeostasis in gastrointestinal tract.
