Рассмотрены степень опасности основных факторов риска СН и возможные пути снижения их влияния. Рекомендована разработка и использование индивидуальных комплексных программ немедикаментозной реабилитации пациентов и профилактики на каждой стадии СН. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In connection with the precarious prognosis of the global distribution of heart failure (HF), we tried to summarize last years’ data on primary and secondary prevention of this disease. We reviewed a level of threat influences of the major risk factors of HF and the possible ways of their reduction.
