Авторы данного обзора пришли к заключению, что в превентивных программах, особенно для пожилых и старых людей, в первую очередь необходимо использовать системные воздействия.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Basing on the opinion of some foreign researchers and clinicians, we can state that the early prophylaxis of cerebrovascular incidents plays an essential role.
