Рассмотрены возможности использования окружающих сердце тканей как дополнительных источников для улучшения её кровоснабжения. Клеточные технологии, развитие которых продолжается на современном этапе, рассматриваются как перспективное направление при комплексном лечении пациентов с ИБС.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The review analyzes literature data dedicated to clinical usage of methods for indirect myocardial revascularization. Opportunities for using of tissues surrounding a heart to improve its’ vascularization effectively and healing of ischemic tissues is discussed.
