Станько Э.П., Ляликов С.А., Игумнов С.А., Цыркунов В.М., Матиевская Н.В., 2015</copyright-statement><copyright-year>2015</copyright-year><copyright-holder xml:lang="ru">Станько Э.П., Ляликов С.А., Игумнов С.А., Цыркунов В.М., Матиевская Н.В.</copyright-holder><copyright-holder xml:lang="en">Stanko Е.P., Lyalikov S.A., Igumnov S.A., Cyrkunov V.M., Matievskya N.V.</copyright-holder><license xml:lang="ru" license-type="creative-commons-attribution" xlink:href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/" xlink:type="simple"><license-p>Данная работа распространяется под лицензией Creative Commons Attribution 4.0.</license-p></license><license xml:lang="en" license-type="creative-commons-attribution" xlink:href="https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/" xlink:type="simple"><license-p>This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License.</license-p></license></permissions><self-uri xlink:href="https://www.medicalherald.ru/jour/article/view/236">https://www.medicalherald.ru/jour/article/view/236</self-uri><abstract><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: установить характера воздействия инъекционных наркотиков на показатели клеточного иммунитета и оценка значимости наркопотребления, как фактора, способствующего ВИЧ-инфицированию и влияющего на течение заболевания у ВИЧ-позитивных пациентов.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: обследованы 144 человека – 109 пациентов с наркозависимостью, ВИЧ-инфекцией и ВИЧ-позитивных потребителей инъекционных наркотиков и 35 практически здоровых лиц.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: потребление инъекционных наркотиков потенцирует вызываемое ВИЧ-инфекцией снижение процентного содержания хелперов (СD4+лимфоцитов), Т-естественных киллеров (CD3+16+56+ лимфоцитов), естественных киллеров (CD3-16+56+ клеток), повышение цитотоксических Т-лимфоцитов (CD8+лимфоцитов), доли и абсолютного числа Т-лимфоцитов с признаками активации (CD3+HLA-DR+клеток).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: употребление инъекционных наркотиков повышает риск инфицирования у потребителей инъекционных наркотиков (ПИН) без ВИЧ и понижает противовирусный ответ у ВИЧ-позитивных пациентов, статистически значимо потенцируявызванные ВИЧ-инфекцией снижение в крови количества хелперов, естественных и Т-естественных киллеров, регуляторных клеток, иммунную гиперактивацию, что способствует прогрессированию заболевания.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: to determine the nature of the impact of injecting drug use on cellular immunity and assessment of the importance of drug use as a factor contributing to HIV infection and aff ect the course of disease in HIV- positive patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: surveyed 144 people - 109 patients with drug addiction, HIV infection and HIV - positive injecting drug users and 35 healthy individuals.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: found that injecting drug potentiates caused by HIV infection decrease the percentage of helper cells ( CD4 + lymphocytes ), natural killer T (CD3 +16 +56 + lymphocytes), natural killer cells (CD3- 16 +56 + cells ), increased cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CD8 + lymphocytes), the proportion and absolute number of T- lymphocyte activation characteristics (CD3 + HLA-DR + cells).</p></sec><sec><title>Summary</title><p>Summary: injecting drug use increases the risk of infection among injecting drug users (IDUs) without HIV, and decreases the antiviral response in HIV- positive patients, a statistically signifi cant potentiating caused by HIV in the blood decrease in helper cells, and natural killer T- natural, regulatory cells, immune hyperactivation that contributes to the progression of the disease.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>инъекционные наркотики</kwd><kwd>клеточный иммунитет</kwd><kwd>ВИЧ</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>injecting drug users</kwd><kwd>cellular immunity</kwd><kwd>HIV</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Иммунонаркология / Под ред.
