Материалы и методы: в исследовании приняли участие 62 респондента мужского пола, сопоставимых по возрасту и факторам риска атеросклероза. Из них 20 человек с коронарным атеросклерозом — соответствующие группе умеренного риска (I группа), 20 человек с коронарным атеросклерозом — соответствующие группе высокого риска (II группа) и 22 человека контрольной группы. Оценку коронарного кальция и расчёт индекса Агатстона проводили с помощью программного приложения для расчёта коронарного кальция Smart Score. Проводили фенотипирование следующих популяций CD3+, CD3+CD4+, CD3+CD8+ с расчётом иммуно-регуляторного индекса. Исследование В-лимфоцитов (CD19+) проводили с помощью проточной цитофлюориметрии с использованием соответствующих моноклональных антител. Количественное определение уровня Ig А, М, G проводили методом радиальной иммунодиффузии в геле с использованием наборов моноспецифических антисывороток, выражали в г/л. Статистический анализ результатов исследования проводили с применением программы Statistica 12.0 (StatSoft, США). Результаты: у пациентов с кальцинозом коронарных артерий выявлены изменения как в клеточном звене, так и в гуморальном звене адаптивного иммунитета. Заключение: отмеченные изменения свидетельствуют об активации цитотоксического потенциала CD8+ лимфоцитов и функциональной активности В-клеток, что является основой для дальнейших исследований иммунного ответа у пациентов с коронарным кальцинозом, с последующей разработкой универсального скринингового инструмента.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective: to study and evaluate the state of adaptive immune response in patients with various coronary indices. Materials and methods: 62 male respondents of comparable age and risk factors for atherosclerosis participated in the study. Of these, 20 people with coronary atherosclerosis were in the moderate–risk group (group 1), 20 people with coronary atherosclerosis were in the high–risk group (group 2), and 22 people were in the control group. The assessment of coronary calcium and the calculation of the Agatston index were carried out using the software application for calculating coronary calcium Smart Score. The following CD3+, CD3+CD4+, and CD3+CD8+ populations were phenotyped with the calculation of the immunoregulatory index. B-lymphocytes (CD19+) were examined using flow cytofluorometry using appropriate monoclonal antibodies. Quantitative determination of the level of Ig A, M, G was carried out by radial immunodiffusion in gel using sets of monospecific antisera, expressed in g/L. Statistical analysis of the results of the study was carried out using the Statistica 12.0 program (StatSoft, USA). Results: in patients with coronary artery calcification, changes were detected in both the cellular and humoral components of adaptive immunity.
