Анализ данных производился на основании зарубежных и отечественных источников («e-Library», «Springer Nature», «Wiley Journals», «PubMed») за 2016–2023 гг. по следующим ключевым словам: «эндометриома», «факторы риска», «рецидив», «прогнозирование», «биомаркеры». В процессе анализа литературы установлена значительная взаимосвязь между бесплодием и эндометриозом яичников, но все механизмы в возникновении бесплодия при эндометриомах яичника остаются не изученными до конца. Подробно описаны неинвазивные маркеры, участвующие в патогенезе заболевания (апоптоза, ангиогенеза, адгезии), а также возможности диагностической модели неинвазивной диагностики эндометриом в послеоперационном периоде. Выделены и обобщены данные об эффективности приема медикаментозной терапии, как способа профилактики послеоперационного рецидива заболевания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective: this article is a scientific review of the literature devoted to the important problem of ovarian endometrioma recurrence in the postoperative period. The data were analyzed based on foreign and domestic sources e-Library, Springer Nature, Wiley Journals, PubMed for 2016–2023 using the following keywords: «endometrioma», «risk factors», «recurrence», «prediction», «biomarkers». In the process of literature review, a significant relationship between infertility and ovarian endometriosis has been established, but all mechanisms in the occurrence of infertility in ovarian endometriomas remain incompletely understood. Noninvasive markers involved in the pathogenesis of the disease - apoptosis, angiogenesis, adhesion, as well as the possibilities of the diagnostic model of noninvasive diagnosis of endometriomas in the postoperative period are described in detail.
