I группа — 43 пациентки с регрессом заболевания; II группа — 30 пациенток с персистенцией ВПЧ-инфекции и III группа — 17 больных с прогрессией LSIL. Эффективность дифференцированного подхода к ведению пациенток исследуемых групп оценивали по результатам цитологии цервикальных мазков и иммуноцитохимической реакции, уровню вирусной нагрузки, результатам кольпоскопического исследования, динамике сывороточного уровня фолиевой кислоты. Статистическую обработку результатов проводили с использованием программ IBM SPSS Statistics 28.0.1.1, STATISTICA 13.5.0.17 и пакета MedCalc 20.027.</p></sec><sec><title>   Результаты</title><p>   Результаты: установлена прогностическая значимость ряда анамнестических параметров и дефицита сывороточных фолатов, совокупность которых можно использовать в качестве предикторов прогрессии исхода заболевания; разработана компьютерная программа для расчёта индивидуального риска прогрессии заболевания (ИРП), что облегчает использование разработанного способа расчета прогрессии в клинической практике.</p></sec><sec><title>   Выводы</title><p>   Выводы: предлагаемый способ с высокой долей достоверности и информативности позволяет прогнозировать прогрессию LSIL, не нарушая алгоритма актуальных клинических рекомендаций, своевременно формировать среди пациенток группу высокого риска развития более тяжёлой формы заболевания (HSIL) и индивидуально определять дальнейшую лечебную тактику.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>   Objective</title><p>   Objective: To improve the management of mild cervical dysplasia by correcting serum folic acid as an epigenetic risk factor for disease progression.</p></sec><sec><title>   Materials and methods</title><p>   Materials and methods: 90 patients with different outcomes of dynamic follow-up of LSIL associated with one type of HPV VCR were included in the study (16, 18, 33). Group I — 43 patients with regression of the disease; Group II — 30 patients with persistence of HPV infection and group III — 17 patients with LSIL progression. The effectiveness of the differentiated approach to the management of patients in the study groups was assessed based on the results of cytology of cervical smears and immunocytochemical reaction, the level of viral load, the results of colposcopic examination, and the dynamics of serum folic acid levels. Statistical processing of the results was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics 28.0.1.1, STATISTICA 13.5.0.17 and MedCalc 20.027.</p></sec><sec><title>   Results</title><p>   Results: the prognostic significance of a number of anamnestic parameters and serum folate deficiency, the totality of which can be used as predictors of disease outcome progression, has been established; a computer program has been developed to calculate the individual risk of disease progression (IRD), which facilitates the use of the developed method for calculating progression in clinical practice.</p></sec><sec><title>   Conclusions</title><p>   Conclusions: The proposed method with a high degree of reliability and informativeness allows predicting the progression of LSIL without violating the algorithm of current clinical recommendations, timely forming among patients a high-risk group for the development of a more severe form of the disease (HSIL) and individually determining further treatment tactics.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>цервикальная интраэпителиальная неоплазия</kwd><kwd>вирус папилломы человека</kwd><kwd>CIN</kwd><kwd>LSIL</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cervical intraepithelial neoplasia</kwd><kwd>human papillomavirus</kwd><kwd>CIN</kwd><kwd>LSIL</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Исследование не имело спонсорской поддержки</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">The study did not have sponsorship</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Matsuyama M., Søraas A., Yu S., Kim K., Stavrou Ex., et al.
