<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The analysis of literature data revealed that three-months teaching of elderly and old people the principles of healthy life style significantly improve quality their life. If ageing people order the main principles of a healthy life style, it can make their life span 3-10 years longer, and this effect is the greater, the earlier they start to adhere to a healthy behavior.
