Analysis of proteins was performed using a one-dimensional electrophoresis and gelchromatography.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: carried out researches have allowed to establish in PI reliable differences in the quantity and the mobility of cytoplasmic and membrane proteins of syncytiotrophoblast with different molecular weights.
