Программа обследования включала определение продукции IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, TGF-β1, RANTES в бронхоальвеолярном лаваже и сыворотке крови, а так же экспрессии Толл-подобных рецепторов на моноцитах периферической крови новорожденных с дыхательными расстройствами. Определение цитокинов в бронхоальвеолярном лаваже, сыворотке крови и экспрессии Толл-подобных рецепторов на моноцитах периферической крови выполнено36 доношенным новорожденным.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Проведенное исследование выявило особенности цитокинового профиля. При респираторных нарушениях, обусловленных МАС и РДС, выявлены высокие уровни IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, TNF–α в сыворотке крови и бронхоальвеолярном лаваже. В периферической крови новорожденных с респираторными нарушениями выявлена сниженная экспрессияTLR-2 (CD14+CD282+) и TLR-4 (CD14+CD284+).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о важной роли механизмов локальной защиты и врожденного иммунитета в течении и исходе дыхательных расстройств у новорожденных. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: To study the role of pro-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines, Toll-like receptors in the pathogenesis of respiratory disorders in full-term newborns.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The programme of examination included the determination of production of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, TGF-β1 and RANTES in bronchoalveolar lavage and blood serum as well as expression of Toll-like receptors on monocytes of peripheral blood in newborn babies with respiratory disorders. Cytokines in the bronchoalveolar lavage, blood serum and expression of Toll-like receptors on the monocytes of peripheral blood were determined in 36 full-term newborns.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The study showed peculiarities of a cytokine profile. In case of respiratory disorders caused by meconium aspiration syndrome (MAS) and respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) high levels of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8 and TNF–α were revealed in the blood serum and the bronchoalveolar lavage. In the peripheral blood of the newborns with respiratory disorders there was reduced expression of TLR-2 (CD14+CD282+) and TLR-4 (CD14+CD284+).</p></sec><sec><title>Summary</title><p>Summary.
