В раннем хорионе после прерывания беременности и доношенной плаценте методом иммуноферментного анализа изучено содержание трансформирующего фактора роста (ТФР-α и ТФР-β), фактора некроза опухоли- α (ФНО-α) и методом капиллярного электрофореза – уровень агматина.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: Установлено увеличение плацентарной продукции как ТФР-α и ТФР-β, так и ФНО-α в процессе нормальной гестации. При доношенной беременности, осложненной ПН и самопроизвольно прервавшейся в первом три- местре, содержание ТФР-β и ФНО-α повышено относительно физиологических величин, а ТФР-α – снижено в изученные сроки гестации. Для агматина обнаружены разнонаправленные изменения: в ранние сроки его уровень снижен, а к концу гестации – повышен по сравнению с физиологической беременностью.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: выявленные изменения процессов продукции цитокинов и агматина в хорионе и плаценте могут иметь патогенетическое значение в развитии плацентарной недостаточности. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: To study the content of cytokines and agmatine in the development of the placenta in physiological and complicated gestation.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods: 57 women, of which 34 women with physiological pregnancy and 23 women with placental insufficiency were examined. In the early chorion after the abortion and full-term placenta the content of the transforming growth factor (TGF-α and TGF-β), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) was studied by means of the immune-enzyme analysis. The level of agmatine was studied by capillary electrophoresis.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: In the process of normal gestation the increase of the placental production both of the TGF-α and TGF-β was established. During the pregnancy complicated with placental insufficiency and abortion in the first trimester the content of TGF-β and TNF-α was raised, and content of TGF-α was lowered in comparison with the physiological values.
