Исследовали уровень сосудисто-эндотелиальный фактор роста, фактор роста плаценты, ЭФР, эндотелин-1 и ФНО-α во I, II и III триместрах в зависимости от фактора «пол плода».</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: выявлены достоверные различия этих показателей у беременных, вынашивающих мальчиков и девочек в зависимости от срока гестации. Установлены достоверные отличия в функционировании системы сосудисто-эндотелиальных факторов роста с учетом пола плода, свидетельствующие о существовании системных предпосылок к ее анатомо-функциональной гетерохронии.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: при физиологическом течении беременности для каждого триместра характерно определенное соотношение абсолютных уровней полипептидов (СЭФР, ФРП, ЭТ-1 и ФНО-α ). Выявлены достоверные отличия их уровней в зависимости от пола плода. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: To investigate the peculiarities of vasculo-endothelial growth factors’ system in physiological pregnancy in dependence on fetal sex.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and Methods</title><p>Material and Methods: We studied 107 women with physiological pregnancy, 52 with male fetuses, 55 with female. We studied the levels of vasculo-endothelial growth factor, placental growth factor, endothelial growth factor, endothelin-1, tumor necrosis factor-a levels in women in 1, 2 and 3 trimesters of pregnancy in dependence on factor “fetus sex”.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: We revealed significant differences of these indices in women with male and female fetuses in dependence on gestational age. We detected significant differences in the function of vasculo-endothelial growth factors’ system in dependence on fetal sex, indicating the existence of systemic preconditions to its anatomical and functional heterochronys.</p></sec><sec><title>Summary</title><p>Summary: There is a certain ratio of the absolute levels of the studied polypeptides in physiological pregnancy for each trimester.
