Из них 22 работницы основного производства составили первую группу, 14 женщин (административно-управленческий персонал) — контрольную группу. Проводили клинико-статистическое исследование репродуктивного здоровья с одновременным исследованием кариологических показателей буккального эпителия с использованием флуоресцентного микроскопа. На каждом микропрепарате определяли минимум 1000 клеток в монослое. Статистические данные получали при использовании программы Statistica 6,0.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: у работниц основного производства отмечено высокое распространение воспалительных гинекологических заболеваний (90,9 % против 57,1 % в контрольной группе), миомы матки (9,1 %, против 7,1 %). Одновременно в этой группе выявлено статистически достоверное увеличение числа клеток с микроядрами в 2,6 раз (р &lt; 0,05), с протрузиями — в 1,8 раз (р &lt; 0,05), повышение суммарного показателя пролиферации в 2,3 раза (р &lt; 0,05), при этом двуядерные клетки представлены в большинстве случаев. Интегральный показатель цитогенетических нарушений женщин I группы также был достоверно выше в 2,0 раза (р &lt; 0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: определено негативное влияние факторов производственной среды птичниц на нарушение стабильности клеточного генома. Выявлена прямо пропорциональная зависимость степени нарушения репродуктивного здоровья от уровня поражения генетического аппарата клеток. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Purpose</title><p>Purpose: to determine the relationship of the damage level of cell genetic apparatus with reproductive health disorder degree under conditions of harmful production.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: the study involved 36 poultry farm female workers of childbearing age. The first group was made up by 22 workers of the main production. The control group included the other 14 employees who were administrative and managerial personnel. Clinical statistical study of reproductive health was carried out with simultaneous investigation of the cariological indices of buccal epithelium using a fluorescence microscope. At least 1000 cells in a monolayer were analyzed on each micropreparation. Statistical data analysis was made using Statistica 6.0.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: in workers of the main production, there was a high spread of inflammatory gynecological diseases (90.9 % versus 57.1 % in the control group), uterine fibroids (9.1 %, versus 7.1 %). At the same time a statistically significant increase in the number of cells with micronuclei was revealed in this group by 2.6 times (p &lt; 0.05), with protrusions by 1.8 times (p &lt; 0.05), an increase in the total proliferation index by 2.3 times (p &lt; 0.05), and the two-nuclear cells made the greatest contribution to these differences. The integral indicator of cytogenetic disorders of women of the 1st group was also significantly higher by 2.0 times (p &lt; 0.05). </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: negative influence of factors of poultry house production environment on cell genome stability disturbance was revealed.
