Представлен тремя подтипами — АПС 3А (Болезнь Грейвса, или тиреоидит Хашимото и СД 1 типа), АПС 3В (аутоиммунное заболевание щитовидной железы и пернициозная анемия), АПС 3С (аутоиммунное заболевание щитовидной железы и витилиго, алопеция, и / или другие органоспецифические аутоиммунные заболевания). Представлены клинические наблюдения за пациентами с АПС 3 типа: характерные клинические синдромы и клинико-лабораторные характеристики пациентов. Данные клинические примеры демонстрируют важность информированности врачей эндокринологов о возможности развития сочетанной патологии эндокринной системы, значимость тщательного обследования и своевременного назначения лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Autoimmune polyglandular syndrome type 3 (APS type 3) is a combination of autoimmune thyroid damage in combination with one or more autoimmune endocrine or non-endocrine diseases. It is represented by three subtypes: APS 3A (graves ‘ Disease, or Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and type 1 diabetes mellitus), APS 3B (autoimmune thyroid disease and pernicious anemia), APS 3C (autoimmune thyroid disease and vitiligo, alopecia, and/or other organ-specific autoimmune diseases). Clinical observations of patients with type 3 APS are presented: characteristic clinical syndromes and clinical and laboratory characteristics of patients.
