Нарушения в системе гемостаза являются частым осложнением у пациентов со злокачественными новообразованиями, приводящими к снижению эффективности лечения, увеличению его стоимости. Эффективная профилактика и терапия невозможны без адекватной оценки изменений в свертывающей системе крови. В обзоре систематизированы довольно противоречивые данные литературы о состоянии системы гемостаза при раке предстательной железы и мочевого пузыря.

Hemostatic disorders are frequent complication at patients with malignancy, resulting to decrease in efficiency of treatment, increase of its cost. Effective prevention and therapy are impossible without an adequate estimation of changes in coagulation system. Goal in writing this short review is to summarize the literature data about the hemostatic disorders in patient with prostate and bladder cancer.
