В обзоре представлены современные сведения об эпидемиологии, генетике и микробиологии данной бактерии, факторах колонизации слизистой оболочки желудка и развитии H.pylori-ассоциированных заболеваний, зависящих от внутривидового разнообразия штаммов и наличия факторов патогенности H.pylori, генетической предрасположенности, состояния местных и общих иммунных факторов защиты макроорганизма, изменений микроэкологии желудочно-кишечного тракта.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Helicobacter pylori plays a major role in the development of chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, gastric adenocarcinoma, MALT-lymphoma.
